Get Up & Go! is a combination of vitamins, minerals, essential fats, protein & super soluble glucommannan fibre. Mix with a no carb milk and 100g of strawberries into a tasty shake- a nutritious way to start the day!

It provides support nutrients for the Low-GL Diet or The Hybrid/5-Day Diet (either the High Fat or Slow Carb phase). It is an incredibly low 4 GL!.

In addition to the vitamins and minerals listed above Get Up & Go includes soy isolate, apple powder, xylitol, maltodextrin, almonds, quinoa ,lecithin powder, vanilla flavour, rice flour, psyllium husks, oat bran , citric acid, sunflower seeds , sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon bark powder.

For children form 18 months - 5 years: 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) From 5 years - 10 years: 4 heaped teaspoons (20g) and from 10 years old/adults: 6 heaped teaspoons (30g) daily. Blend with half a pint of milk, soya milk or rice milk, a handful of berries

Contains nuts - almonds and sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and soya. We use oat bran and cannot guarantee that the oats may not have come in contact with wheat, therefore those with coeliacs, some of whom are oat intolerant, should proceed with caution.
