What are the discounts for Holford Health Club Members?

Holford Health Club Members receive 20% saving off RRP on any Patrick Holford supplements of their choice.

There is no discount on products in the Hero Products or Book categories.

Members receive FREE delivery over £30 in the UK, saving £3.68 on every order.

You can also receive a 5% saving on selected supplements using Subscribe & Save

We also offer special discounts at various times of the year. Club members can add additional special offers to their 20% discount when these offers take place.

Members receive a 20% discount on Patrick Holford organised webinars and events (not organised by third parties).

No, we don’t offer a practitioner discount directly on this site, but practitioners can receive special discounts for themselves and their clients, through our Affiliate Programme.

Do you offer discounts to NHS staff?

No, we don’t offer an NHS discount directly on this site, but NHS Blue Light Card holders can receive special discounts through our Affiliate Programme.

Do you have a refer a friend scheme?

We don’t currently have a Refer a Friend Scheme.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges

Delivery, which includes all postage and packing, is free to 100% Health Members for all orders in the UK above £30, with an average delivery time of 48 hours. If your order is below £30, you are not a member or your order is to be delivered outside of the UK please visit our shipping and delivery page for more information.

Overseas delivery tax charges and customs Issues

You are responsible for any extra shipping charges and all taxes/duties imposed by your country. If you are not in the UK and are concerned about possible taxes/duties, please contact us regarding the shipment of goods to your country.

Depending on which country you live in, you may be required to pay TWO shipping related charges:

1. The first fee is paid to us as set out above.

2. A second fee may be charged by your country for taxes/duties for importing your orders into your country. If you are concerned about these possible extra charges, before you place your order, please check with your government tax agency to figure out if you will need to pay any fees for buying products that are shipped to you.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK your shipment may take longer and on some occasions be returned to us. Customs in some countries is proving challenging, in particular Ireland and Spain as a result of new rules surrounding Brexit. The length of delays can vary between countries. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, but please be rest assured that we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you live in Ireland, we recommend you contact our wholesaler Natural Medicine Company who will be able to advise you of a local retailer who stock Patrick Holford supplements.

Orders, Returns & Subscriptions

What happens once I've placed my order?

Your will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Orders are normally dispatched the next working day provided items are in stock.

Refunds

You can return your item within 30 days of the date of purchase.

You are protected by our 30 day money back guarantee. We strive for the highest quality and service and stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will issue a full refund.

Contact us at customerserivce@holfordirect.com or please call us on 0370 3341575 in the first 30 days from date of purchase and we will provide you with an address to return the pots you have ordered, even if empty,. Then you will be issued your full refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe and Save with HOLFORDirect to receive a guaranteed 5% off the Holford daily programme supplements. It’s the hassle-free way to stay topped up on your supplements and never run out.

Changing Your Subscription

If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you need to cancel the subscription and re-set up. This can be done in your account. We will send you a renewal reminder the day before your next subscription is due.

Are Patrick Holford supplements high quality?

The supplement market has grown exponentially in the past two decades, with an extensive amount of choice, but Patrick’s formulations have remained consistent to their original values, fulfilling Patrick’s main tenet of optimum nutrition – without compromise. All are made in the UK to the highest industry standards, are suitable for vegans and registered by the Vegan Society (excluding Essential Omegas). Do you provide nutritional advice?

We can help to advise if a particular Patrick Holford product is suitable for you. You can email our in-house nutritionist with your query and the supplement product it relates to.

Patrick Holford is no longer a practicing nutritionist, however he can be reached via his closed Holford Health Club Member Facebook Group where he answers personal health questions. This is exclusive to Health Club Members after the end of the free trial. Find out how to join.
