Although some of the recipes in this book challenge a restricted budget, I found the recipes simply gorgeous! They are really simple to put together and they use lots of very different ingredients. This in turn encourages the reader/eater to move away from the norm and have a go at making sumptuous dishes that not only taste good but look good too. Since I began using Patrick and Fiona's recipes my eyes and taste buds have been opened to inumerable delights.
I love the nutritional info, low allergy info, and gl info for each recipe. The book is bendy so it fits into my keep clean recipe holder nicely and the pictures enable the reader to see what delights are in store for them.
Most of all I really love the way that these recipes are not only guilt free, but THEY ARE POSITIVELY GOOD FOR YOU!
Forget your cheap "Rocky Road" with lashings of nasty sugar, try "Chocolate Crunchies", full of goodness and not damaging to your health.
"Chicken and Puy Lentils" done in the slow cooker is just the bees knees at the end of the day.
This is a book for any age bracket, but it certainly makes growing older much more fun and exciting. Eating like this from as soon as possible can seriously enhance your eating experience!!!
I've lost six stones and reversed my diabetes using Patrick and Fiona's recipes so I cannot praise them highly enough.

I really enjoy this book!! Very interesting regarding both nutrition and recipes part! It makes you understand what your body needs, the quantity, what elements you find in some food that are good for you, which is better for you and which is not. the recipes looks nice, there are not pictures for all of them but then, you to be creative with presentation. I would recommend this book to anyone who want to learn more about nutrition and to cook regards the real needs of your body.
