Patrick is unable to give personal consultations as he tirelessly spends his time travelling around the world teaching, and writing books. That is how he reaches thousands of people a year. He does have a team of very good nutritional therapists around the UK and abroad. The best opportunity to spend one-to-one time with him is to attend his workshops. Can I get free advice on which foods to eat and supplements to take?

No, we do not offer a free question and answer service advising you on which foods and supplements to take. To discover your ideal personalised diet and supplement programme complete the on-line 100% Health Programme at www.patrickholford.com. 100%Health Club Members can ask question via his private member’s Q&A page. You’ll be given details as to how to join this page when you become a 100% Health Club member.

Are Patrick's books available in other languages?

Cancelling orders

If you cancel your order after dispatched the products should be returned at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. The statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

Returning or exchanging products

If you need to return or exchange products to holfordirect you will liable to cover the cost of postage and packaging to return products. Please note we cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds on CDs and/or DVDs which are no longer sealed, unless they are faulty. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which we don’t receive back to our warehouse.
